    We recruit for a range of roles linked to building photovoltaic power plants: construction engineers, project managers, site technicians, design and engineering experts… We also have opportunities in our strategic teams: HR, finance, sales, QHSE and legal.

  • Do you need to be a photovoltaics expert to join our teams?

    No, but it can be an asset! Above all, we are looking for talented people who want to contribute to the energy transition. Knowledge of our field is a plus, but we believe in training and developing our people so they can thrive in their role.

  • What are the steps in the recruitment process?

You will have the chance to meet several members of our team, talk about your motivations and learn more about the role.   • How soon will I hear back after applying?

    We understand that waiting can be stressful. That's why we commit to giving you an answer within one to two weeks. If we need more information or if your application is not successful, we will let you know as soon as possible.

  • What is onboarding like at SIREOS?

    From day one, you will follow a tailored onboarding programme adapted to your profile and needs. You will be immersed in our projects and supported by your team so you can build your skills quickly. We also offer on-site field placements to give you valuable hands-on experience. Our goal: to give you everything you need to succeed and feel fully part of the team.

    I joined SIREOS to design and price large-scale photovoltaic projects. During my onboarding, I had the opportunity to do a one-week site placement, an enriching immersion that helped me better understand the realities on the ground. This experience helped me connect theory with practice, especially in design and cost estimation, and gave me an overall view of our projects.
